The new fully equipped studio is up and running as of July 15th! Located just off Power and Pecos, I will be offering Private and Duet Pilates lessons on the reformer, ladder barrel, and MVE chair.

In our Pilates practice we design individual programs to meet the specific needs of each client. The Mind/Body connection you develop in your Pilates sessions will carry over to your every day life, where you will notice greater ease of movement and increased body awareness. Beside being an excellent way to balance the body and reduce both pain and potential injury, Pilates practice helps to lengthen and define the muscles of the body, creating a pleasing physical aesthetic.
