Equipment Pilates

In each 55 minute session, we will incorporate exercises on the equipment that will work spinal flexion, extension, rotation, and side-bending. Also included are a variety of exercises designed to strengthen and tone the arms and legs and activate the muscles that stabilize the joints. In each Pilates session both strength and flexibility will be challenged!

*self practice hours are available for Pilates instructors or advanced students. In order to utilize our studio for self practice, clients must take at least two private lessons where they will demonstrate their level of competency on the equipment.
